摘要
为解决温州市七都大桥北汊桥工程主线变宽段钢梁无法直接一次性吊装至设计桥位的问题,从型钢支架设计、滑移系统、施工过程等方面介绍了一种大节段牵引滑移施工的钢梁桥位安装工艺。该工艺克服了变宽段钢梁安装受地形、施工设备、工期等因素限制的困难,并为钢梁桥位安装提供了一种可行的方案。
In order to solve the problem that the steel beam in the widened section of the main line of the Beicha bridge project of Qidu bridge in Wenzhou cannot be directly hoisted to the designed bridge position at one time,this paper introduces a steel beam bridge position installation technology of large section traction sliding construction from the aspects of steel support design,sliding system and construction process.This technology overcomes the difficulties of the steel beam installation in the widened section which is restricted by the terrain,construction equipment,construction period and other factors,and provides a feasible scheme for the installation of steel beam bridge location.
