Research on BIM Platform Planning and Integration Method Based on Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Requirements of Medical Buildings

研究基于医疗建筑智能化运维的BIM平台系统组成,并借助BIM技术对建筑信息的整合能力,实现医疗建筑设计、建造、运维全生命周期数据整合,提出对竣工模型转化至运维模型的交付及实施管理方法,为运维阶段医疗建筑智能化系统平台提供数据支持。

This paper studies the composition of BIM platform system based on the intelligent operation and maintenance of medical buildings,so as to realize the data integration of medical building design,construction,operation and maintenance life cycle with the help of the integration ability of building information by BIM technology,and puts forward the delivery and implementation management method of transforming the completion model to the operation and maintenance model,so as to provide data support for the intelligent system platform of medical building in the operation and maintenance stage.
