分析某市政项目在人员管控方面存在的缺失部分,并通过人员信息管控升级、关键岗位人员加强管控、人员进出场多重管控、场内危险行为深度挖掘实时监控、信息平台多维度使用等方式,提升人员管控力度,从而使人员在施工过程中发挥出最大的优势。

This paper analyzes the lack of personnel management and control in a municipal project,and puts forward the enhancement of personnel management and control intensity by ways of upgrading personnel information management and control,strengthening management and control of personnel in key positions,multiple management and control of personnel entering and leaving the site,in-depth discovering and real-time monitoring of dangerous behaviors on site,multi-dimensional use of information platform,etc.,so as to make personnel play their greatest advantage in the construction process.
