闽台乡村融合现状与对策探析

Analysis on the Current Situation of Rural Integration Between Fujian and Taiwan and Its Countermeasures

【目的/意义】在两岸经济社会高度发展的背景下,闽台乡村融合前景广阔。研究从产业、体系、人才、沟通机制等多角度进行分析,以期为提升两岸乡村融合的全面性建言献策。【方法/过程】通过文献查阅等方法回顾、总结闽台乡村融合的现状,提出现阶段闽台乡村融合的成效与不足,并探析相应对策。【结果/结论】现阶段,闽台乡村融合在农业合作、社区营造、乡村治理与交流平台建设的实践上初现成效,未来应从乡村现代产业体系、乡村治理与社区营造体系、乡村文化创意产业品牌、人才引进与培养机制、乡村金融服务水平与两岸乡村交流机制等方面实现进一步的融合。

【Objective/Meaning】Under the background of the high development of economy and society on both sides of the Taiwan Straits,the integration of villages in Fujian and Taiwan has broad prospects.From the perspective of industry,system,talent,communication mechanism and so on,this study aims to provide suggestions for improving the comprehensive rural integration on both sides of the Taiwan Straits.【Methods/Procedures】By means of literature review,the current situation of the rural integration between Fujian and Taiwan was reviewed and summarized,and the achievements and deficiencies of the rural integration between Fujian and Taiwan at the present stage were put forward,and then the corresponding countermeasures were explored.【Results/Conclusions】At present,the rural integration between Fujian and Taiwan has made some achievements in the practice of agricultural cooperation,community building,rural governance and the construction of exchange platform.In the future,the rural integration between Fujian and Taiwan should be optimized from the aspects of rural modern industry system,rural governance and community building system,rural cultural and creative industry brand,talent introduction and training mechanism,rural financial service level and rural communication mechanism on both sides of the Taiwan Straits.
