福建现代农业智慧园全产业链整合发展研究

Research on the Integrated Development of the Whole Industrial Chain of Modern Agricultural WitParks in Fujian

【目的/意义】开展福建现代农业智慧园可持续发展的思路研究,以期为福建加快数字农业经济发展及推进现代农业的发展进程提出可行性建议。【方法/过程】通过实地调研与资料收集对福建省现代农业智慧园的现状及存在的问题进行分析,提出福建现代农业智慧园全产业链整合发展的政策建议。【结果/结论】研究显示,福建现代农业智慧园在产业化推广应用中遇到智慧农业技术设施成本投入大、智慧农业园多个经营主体利益的不一致、信息基础设施配套不够完善、产业链智慧信息技术应用集成度较低、技术示范推广效益不明显等阻力和难题,提出通过加强资金和相关政策扶持、促进创新力量集聚、完善基础设施建设、推进信息平台建设、加快核心技术研发、推动智慧农业示范等方式,推动智慧农业园的可持续健康发展。

【Objective/Meaning】The research on the sustainable development of modern agricultural WitParks in Fujian was carried out,in order to put forward feasible suggestions for accelerating the development of digital agricultural economy and promoting the development process of modern agriculture in Fujian Province.【Methods/Procedures】Through the field investigation and the data collection,the current situation and existing problems of modern agricultural WitParks in Fujian Province were analyzed,and then the countermeasures were put forward for the integrated development of the whole industrial chain of modern agricultural WitParks in Fujian Province.【Results/Conclusions】The research showed that there were many obstacles and difficulties existing in the process of industrialized promotion and application of modern agricultural WitParks in Fujian,such as the high cost input of intelligent agricultural technology facilities,inconsistent interests of multiple operators of intelligent agricultural parks,incomplete information infrastructure,low integration of intelligent information technology application in industrial chain,and insignificant benefits of technology demonstration and promotion,etc.Therefore,the countermeasures were put forward including strengthening the support of finance and relevant policies,promoting the concentration of innovative forces,improving the infrastructure construction,promoting the construction of information platform,accelerating the research and development of core technologies,and promoting the demonstration of intelligent agriculture,thus to promote the sustainable and healthy development of intelligent agricultural parks.
