摘要
从素质教育到核心素养,各学科的教学处于以知识为中心到以核心素养培养为中心的转变过程中,而实现这一转变的关键在于教师专业发展的程度,这对教师提出了更深层次、更高的要求。基于核心素养审视中学英语教师专业发展的现状,并为教师专业发展提出相应对策,以更好地推动学生核心素养培育工作的落实。
From quality education to key competence, the teaching of various disciplines is in the process of changing from knowledge-centric to key competence. The key to achieving this change lies in the degree of teacher professional development, which puts forward a deeper and higher request to the teachers. This article reviews the current situation of professional development of middle school English teachers, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for teachers’ professional development, so as to better promote the implementation of the training and development of students’ key competence.
