摘要
教育部党组书记、部长陈宝生说,基础教育是中国教育的基础,教师是基础的基础。教师技能是.教师专业素养的核心竞争力。基于师范生培养的现状,以课堂教学为培养主阵地,推进师范生课堂教学模式改革,将五步教学法应用于师范生教学技能训练课,按名责实地改进师范生培养方式,着力于精准培养、高效培养.按步培养,旨在推进形成合理且长治有效的师范生培养模式。
