我国上市航空公司运营绩效评价研究——基于变权和速度特征的双重动态视角分析

Research on Evaluation of Operational Performance of China's Listed Airlines——Analysis of dual dynamic perspectives based on variable weight and speed characteristics

客观全面的运营绩效评价,对于完善航空公司运营管理、提升其综合竞争力具有重要的现实意义。本文在构建航空公司运营绩效评价指标体系的基础上,引入了变权理论赋予指标动态权重,并结合改进物元可拓模型和速度特征,对2013-2019年期间国航、东航、南航和海航四家上市航空公司运营绩效水平和发展态势进行动态综合分析。研究结果表明:从运营绩效水平来看,国航、南航的整体水平高于东航和海航;从发展态势来看,国航和南航呈现出较好的抵抗力稳定性,而东航和海航呈现出较强的恢复能力;从各指标来看,变权体现出各指标的主动参与作用。其中,变化敏感的指标主要集中在航空公司的财务运营、生产运营和管理效率方面。

Objective and comprehensive operational performance evaluation has important practical significance for improving airline operations management and enhancing its comprehensive competitiveness.This paper is based on the establishment of an airline operating performance evaluation index system.the dynamic weight of indexes was used by variable weight theory.Combined with the improved matter-element extension model,and the perspective of speed characteristics,the operating performance and the development trend of four listed airlines were analyzed dynamically from 2013 to 2019.The result show that the perspective of operational performance,the overall level of Air China and China Southern Airlines is higher than that of China Eastern Airlines and Hainan Airlines;From the perspective of the development trend,Air China and China Southern Airlines show good resistance stability,China Eastern Airlines and Hainan Airlines show strong resilience;From the perspective of various indicators,the change of weight reflects the active participation of each indicator.Among them,the change-sensitive indicators are mainly concentrated in the airline’s financial operations,production operations and management efficiency.
