摘要
为给小麦抗蚜品种(系)培育提供有价值的抗源,在温室盆栽网罩条件下,采用蚜量比值法对680个小麦品种(系)进行麦长管蚜抗性鉴定。结果表明,高抗、中抗和低抗麦长管蚜的品种(系)分别占1.46%、9.69%和22.62%。参试品种(系)抗蚜材料百分比排名前3的地区分别是河南省、山东省和湖北省,抗蚜比例最低的3个地区分别是江苏省、新疆维吾尔自治区和四川省。在供试材料中,华麦8号、华麦9号、扬麦158、良星99、济麦22和陕229可作为小麦抗蚜育种的优良亲本,其大部分衍生后代对麦长管蚜具有较强的抗性。
In order to provide valuable source of resistance to aphid in wheat breeding,the resistance of 680 wheat varieties(lines)was evaluated by isolated systematic nets and aphid ratio methods at seedling stage.The results showed that 1.46%,9.69%and 22.62%of the whole materials performed high resistance(HR),moderate resistance(MR),and low resistance(LR),respectively.The highest percentage of aphid resistant materials was in Henan Province,Shandong Province and Hubei Province,and the lowest percentage was in Jiangsu Province,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Sichuan Province.Among the tested materials,Huamai 8,Huamai 9,Yangmai 158,Liangxing 99,Jimai 22 and Shaan 229 can be used as good parents for wheat aphid resistance breeding,and most of their derived progenies showed strong resistance to wheat aphid.
