回采巷道合理煤柱宽度与动态耦合支护技术 被引量:1

摘要 为解决综采工作面回采巷道合理煤柱宽度留设与支护难题,以伏岩煤矿为工程背景,综合采用现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟与现场实测等方法,分析了综采工作面回采巷道围岩变形破坏特点,揭示了其变形失稳机理;确定了3104综采工作面运输顺槽和进风顺槽间的合理煤柱宽度为8.0 m;并基于回采巷道的变形破坏机理,提出了由顶帮高强预应力锚杆、预应力锚索及窄煤柱对穿预应力锚索组成的动态耦合控制技术,并通过工程实践进行了验证.工程应用实践表明:所设计的煤柱宽度和动态耦合支护技术方案有效地控制了综采工作面回采巷道围岩变形,保证了综采工作面煤柱和回采巷道围岩的稳定. In order to solve the problem of reasonable pillar width setting and support in fully mechanized mining face,taking Fuyan Coal Mine as engineering background,the deformation and failure characteristics of surrounding rock in fully mechanized mining face are analyzed by field investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement,and the mechanism of deformation and instability was revealed.The reasonable width of coal pillar between haulage crossheading and air intake crossheading in 3104 fully mechanized mining face is 8.0 m.Based on the deformation and failure mechanism of mining roadway,a dynamic coupling control technology composed of high-strength anchor,pre-stressed cable and crossed pre-stressed cables in coal pillar was proposed for the mining roadway with narrow coal pillar.The support effects of dynamic coupling support technology were verified by engineering practice.Engineering application shows that the design of coal pillar width and dynamic coupling support technology effectively controlled the deformation of surrounding rock in fully mechanized mining face,and ensured the ensure the stability of coal pillar and surrounding rock in fully mechanized mining face.
