对“双师型”教师“双师能力”的透视 被引量:1

摘要 "双师型"教师是办好职业教育的关键.对"双师型"的认识在实践中有一个逐渐深化的过程.《国家职业教育改革实施方案》标志着职业教育迈入新时代,其对"双师型"内涵界定为"双师能力"直达双师素质核心."双师能力"在新时代有新的要求,体现在立德树人根本要求、双指导能力核心要求、实践经历刚性要求、双师团队拓新要求,需要以价值取向激发内生动力、制度保障引导技术行为、动态机制活化"双师"队伍、产教融合形成"双师共同体"等途径提升"双师能力". The dual-qualified teachers is key to run higher vocational education well.The cognition of dual-qualified teachers gradually deepens within practice.With the introduction of Implementation Program of National Vocational Education Reform,it marks the entrance of vocational education into a new era.The program defines the content for dual-qualified teachers,directly indicating the core talents of the dual-qualified teachers.For the ability of being dual-qualified teachers,there are new requirements in the new era,which embodies in the fundamental requirement of fostering virtue through education,the key requirement of dual coaching capability,the necessary requirement on practice experience,the requirement on extansion of the dual-qualified teacher team.It all requires value orientation to stimulate endogenous motivation,institutional guarantee to guide technical behavior,dynamic mechanism to revive the dual-qualified teacher team,integration of production and education to form dual-qualified teacher community,and etc.All the approaches above are to improve the ability of the dual-qualified teacher.
