西藏经济高质量发展研究的几点构想

Some Ideas on the High-quality Development of Tibet's Economy in China

十九大以来,高质量发展成为中国新时代发展的主题,西藏近年来经济一直保持高速增长,但同样也亟需解决发展不充分、不平衡问题,经济高质量发展是必由之路。文章从内涵界定、指标体系构建和影响因素分析等方面对国内经济高质量发展的研究进行了综述,从西藏经济高质量发展内涵研究、特色指标体系构建、不平衡不充分研究、影响因素分析及其提升路径等方面给出了西藏经济高质量发展研究的思路和框架。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,high-quality development has be⁃come the theme of China's development in the new era.In recent years,the economic growth of the Tibet Autono⁃mous Region has been maintained at a high speed,but it is also faced with the problems of insufficient and unbal⁃anced development,therefore,high-quality development is essential for Tibet's economy.This article reviews the domestic research on high-quality economic development,including the connotation of high-quality econom⁃ic development,index system and influencing factors.On the connotation of Tibet's high-quality economic devel⁃opment,the construction of characteristic index system,the insufficient balance research,the analysis of influ⁃encing factors and the promotion path,this article gives the ideas and framework of the research on high-quality economic development in Tibet.
