“老西藏”群体的代际传承与反哺——基于中央第七次西藏工作座谈会精神 被引量:6

摘要 “老西藏”群体及其子代是西藏建设队伍的重要组成部分。中央第七次西藏工作座谈会上,习近平同志再次强调“老西藏精神”,要求广大干部特别是西藏干部要不断为“老西藏”精神注入新的时代内涵。文章基于“代际”理论的视角,从家庭教育、社会影响及在场身份三个层面讨论“老西藏”子代的身份生成,探讨“老西藏”群体子代对其父代精神的传承与反哺,揭示两者之间的代际互动,以期拓展“代际关系”研究的相关理论,为构建和谐代际关系提供了可借鉴的范例,并为研究西藏人口构成、社会结构提供重要现实材料与理论支撑。 The"Old Tibet"group and their descendants are an important group of people who have made a great contribution to the construction of Tibet.At the Seventh Forum on Work of Tibet held by the CPC Central Com⁃mittee,Comrade Xi Jinping once again stressed the spirit of"old Tibet"and asked the cadres,especially the cad⁃res of Tibet,to constantly inject new content to the spirit of"old Tibet".From the perspective of"intergeneration⁃al"theory,this article discusses the generation of"old Tibet"offspring's identity from three aspects of family edu⁃cation,social influence and on-the-spot identity,explores the inheritance and feedback of"old Tibet"group's children to their fathers’spirit,and reveals the intergenerational interaction between them,so as to expand the relevant theory of"intergenerational relationship"and provide reference for the construction of harmonious inter⁃generational relationship.It also provides important practical materials and theoretical support for the study of population composition and social structure in Tibet.
