西藏高校思政课教学的历史、成效与质量提升

摘要 重视思政课教学是西藏高校的优良传统,其教学内容、方式、目标鲜明地反映了党的西藏工作的逻辑演进,并随着社会主义新西藏建设的稳步推进而实现与全国高校同步科学发展。调查表明,西藏高校的思政课教学成效显著,达到了立德树人的一般性目标和坚定反分裂斗争立场、增强民族团结意识、强化建设社会主义新西藏的信念等特殊目标。新时代,围绕思政课教学质量提升这一主题,需要学校进一步从治边稳藏战略高度重视思政课教学,建设一支乐于奉献促团结稳边疆的思政课教师队伍,教师需要直面民族宗教等敏感问题因材施教讲好思政课,协同发力为西藏培养“靠得住、用得上、留得住、下得去”的时代新人。 Attaching importance to ideological and political course teaching is a fine tradition of the colleges and universities in Tibet,and its teaching contents,methods and objectives clearly reflect the logical evolution of the Party's work in Tibet.With the steady development of the construction of a new socialist Tibet,the colleges and universities in Tibet have realized the synchronous scientific development along with the other colleges and uni⁃versities in China.A survey shows that the ideological and political course teaching in the colleges and universi⁃ties of Tibet has achieved remarkable results,and has reached both the general goal of cultivating people and the special goal of strengthening the position of anti-secession struggle,enhancing the sense of national unity,and confirming the faith of building a new socialist Tibet.In new era,it is necessary to further improve the quality of ideological and political course teaching.Moreover,the Party committees of the colleges and universities should attaches even greater importance to ideological and political courses teaching for the stability of Tibet,and to build a teaching team,which will contribute to the national unity and the stability of border areas,for ideological and political courses.The teachers of the team need to apply a suitable teaching method for their students and confront ethnic,religious and other sensitive issues while teaching ideological and political courses so as to culti⁃vate reliable talents for Tibet.
