从脾胃论治心病探析

Analysis on the treatment of heart disease from the spleen and stomach

《金匮要略》乃“方书之祖”,中医四大经典之一,蕴藏“调脾胃以治心病”的思想及方法,本文从健脾益气养血以治心病、温中健阳行气以治心病、健脾化饮利尿以治心病3个方面,对现代临床常见气血不足型、胸痹心痛型、水气凌心型心脏疾病的发病机理及治疗加以探析,为此病的治疗提供思路,望对临床医生有所裨益。

Synopsis of the Golden Chamber is the"ancestor of the prescriptions",one of the four classics of traditional Chinese medicine,which contains rich ideas and methods of"regulating the spleen and stomach to treat heart disease".From three aspects:Invigorating the spleen,replenishing Qi and nourishing blood to treat heart disease;warming the middle,invigorating yang and promoting Qi to treat heart disease;invigorating the spleen,reducing watery and promoting diuresis to treat heart disease,this article will analyze the pathogenesis and treatment of the common heart diseases in modern clinical,such as deficiency of Qi and blood,chest obstruction and heartache,and water pathogens attacking heart,so as to provide ideas for the treatment of such diseases and to benefit clinicians.
