基于MEMS光开关的光分插复用结构设计

摘要 光分插复用设备(OADM)是波分复用(WDM)全光网的关键设备,实现全光交换一直是OADM设备制造商追求的目标,微电机械系统(MEMS)技术的出现为全光交换带来了新的概念。用新型MEMS光开关构造了一种OADM设备。实验表明,这种基于MEMS光开关的OADM设备在构造复杂程度和切换时间上明显优于传统结构的OADM. Optical Add/Drop Mu1tiplexer(OADM) is the key node equipment of WDM network,and realizing all optical switching of OADM is the dream of OADM producer. Now the Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems technology gives a new conception to all optical switching.We proposed a MEMS switch to construct an OADM. The experimental result shows that this new OADM architecture is superior to generic OADM architecture.
