摘要
采用微负压蒸馏和臭氧的组合工艺,处理高浓度络合镍废水。实验表明:馏出液出水速度和压力呈正相关;馏出液体积百分比对釜残状态影响较大;臭氧能够较好去除釜残的粘度并实现镍的分离。通过优化微负压在0.065MPa,蒸馏温度120℃,馏出液体积60%的条件下,实现COD 99.8%的去除率,氨氮90%的去除率,总磷99%的去除率,总镍99.9%的去除率。
The combined process of micro negative pressure distillation and ozone was used to treat high concentration nickel complex wastewater.The results show that:the effluent velocity of distillate is positively correlated with the pressure;the volume percentage of distillate has a great influence on the residual state of the reactor;ozone can remove the viscosity of the residue and realize the separation of nickel.Under the conditions of 0.065MPa,120℃distillation temperature and 60%distillate volume,99.8%COD,90%ammonia nitrogen,99%total phosphorus and 99.9%total nickel were achieved.
