摘要
离心分离是纳米炸药制备中不可或缺的工序,主要用于物料分离。然而,纳米炸药较大的黏性导致物料很难从离心瓶中快速、完全的收集。传统的处理方式为采用药勺抠取结合绸布擦洗的方式进行收集,费时费力且易掉落线头引入杂质污染。高压水射流枪是通过动力装置产生高压水来冲洗离心瓶壁上纳米炸药湿药团,达到完全收集纳米炸药的一种设备。其操作简单,只有高压水射流为冲洗介质,压力可调,不引入杂质,可大大提高纳米炸药的质量水平和生产效率。
Centrifugal separation is an indispensable process in the preparation of nano-explosives,which is mainly used for product separation.However,the high viscosity of nano-explosives makes it difficult to be collected quickly and completely from the centrifuge flask.Traditionally,spoon picking combined with medical gauze scrubbing was adopted to achieve the collection of nano-explosives,which is time-consuming,laborious and easy to introduce impurities by dropping gauze fibers.High-pressure waterjet lance is a kind of equipment that utilizes high-pressure water generating from the power devices to scour the wet products on the centrifuge bottles,and achieves the complete collection of nano-explosives.It shows great advantages in simple operation,pressure adjustability and nonimpurities introduce,resulting in the significant improvement of product quality and production efficiency of nano-explosives.
