摘要
采用2-氯-N-乙基苯胺为原料,经过醛基化、苄基化合成2-氯-4-醛基-N-乙基-N-苄基苯胺。文章讨论了原料的用量,反应时间和温度对产率的影响。得到最佳的原料配比、反应温度和反应时长,并对反应过程中产生的废水、废气进行了合理化处理。
2-chloro-4-aldehyde-N-ethyl-N-benzyl aniline was synthesized from 2-chloro-N-ethylaniline by benzylation and aldol reaction.The effects of raw material dosage,reaction time and temperature on the yield were discussed.The optimum ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature and reaction time were obtained,and the waste water and waste gas produced in the reaction process were treated rationally.
