β-环糊精接枝改性粘胶织物及其姜黄素无水染色 被引量:2

摘要 针对姜黄素染色纤维素织物上染百分率低,色牢度差等问题,通过柠檬酸对粘胶织物进行β-环糊精接枝改性,并采用姜黄素对其进行无水染色。通过单因素试验得到优化的改性工艺为:β-环糊精80 g/L,柠檬酸80 g/L,纤维浸入整理液中反应2 h,120℃焙烘,催化剂次亚磷酸钠40 g/L;无水染色工艺为:以无水乙醇为溶剂,浴比1∶50,姜黄素5%(owf),80℃下染色45 min。结果表明:粘胶织物采用此方法改性染色提高了织物的染色效果和色牢度,染色织物K/S值为4.287,各项色牢度均达到3级以上。红外谱图表明酯化交联已产生,红外谱图和X-RD分析确定包合物的存在。 Aiming at low dyeing rate and poor color fastness of cellulose fabric dye with turmeric pigment,polycarboxylic acid cross-linking method is used to graft β-cyclodextrin through citric acid to viscose fiber for modification,and the inclusion of curcumin is also performed.Through the single-factor experiments,the optimum modification process is determined as follows:β-cyclodextrin concentration 80 g/L,citric acid concentration 80 g/L,2 h reaction time,curing temperature 120℃,sodium phosphite concentration 40 g/L.Waterless dyeing process:using absolute ethanol as solvent,bath ratio 1∶50,curcumin 5%(owf),dyeing at 80℃for 45 min.The results show that the dyeing effect and fastness of viscose fabric are improved by this method.The final K/S value of the dyed fabric is 4.287,and the color fastness can reach more than 3 grades.The cross-linking of esterification is shown by infrared spectroscopy,and the inclusion is shown by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.
