摘要
全民所有自然资源资产统计是摸清国有自然资源资产家底的重要途径。本文在已有自然资源专项统计调查数据和行政管理数据基础上,确定指标构建的原则,围绕全民所有自然资源资产的数量、质量、价格、收益4个属性构建了105项指标的全民所有自然资源资产统计指标体系。该指标体系在为自然资源资产管理奠定基础的同时,也可为社会各界提供更多、更全面的全民所有自然资源资产统计信息服务。
The statistics of national owned natural resources assets is an important way to find out the state-owned natural resources assets.Based on the existing special statistical survey data and administrative data of natural resources,this paper determines the principle of index construction,and constructs the statistical index system of all the people's natural resources assets with 105 indexes around the four attributes of quantity,quality,price and income of national owned natural resources assets.This index system not only lays a foundation for the management of natural resources assets,but also provides more comprehensive statistical information services for all sectors of the society.
