荒漠化地区复合生态系统管理——以阿拉善盟荒漠化治理为例

Complex Ecosystem Management in Desertificated Area:the Case of Alxa,Inner Mongolia

蒙古语意为"五彩斑斓之地"的内蒙古自治区阿拉善盟,原本是我国华北和东北地区抗御风沙侵袭的重要生态屏障,但因生态环境极度脆弱,环境容量极低,荒漠化问题十分突出,成为我国最主要的沙尘源地之一。多年来,为了修复和重建这个社会—经济—自然复合生态系统,维护区域生态安全和促进可持续发展,进行了积极探索。

The article tries to establish managerial methodology for the social-economic-natural complex ecosystem in the arid and semi-arid typical ecotones in Alxa,and to make suggestions for the desert ecosystem under the governance of multiple stakeholders.
