试论社区教育融入社区治理的意义及路径

Research on the Signif icance and Path of Integrating Community Education into Community Governance

社区教育是随着社会的发展而发展起来的,在社会发展进程中其功能作用越来越大。社区治理随着社会的发展要求越来越高,社区教育融入社区治理就成了必然选择。该文从社区教育和社区治理的界定入手,指出社区教育融入社区治理有利于促进居民精神层面的引领、促进政府职能转变、提升社区治理水平,在提升居民整体素养水平、培育居民的认同感与归属感、助力社区组织化发展、增强社区管理功能方面发挥着重要作用。文章提出了以社区教育促进社区多方协同治理、发挥社区居民学校作用、以社区教育育人功能推进社区治理、加强人才队伍建设、以社区教育网络平台助力社区治理、营造浓厚氛围等六条社区教育融入社区治理的路径。

Community education develops with the development of society,and its function is becoming increasingly important in the process of social development.It is an inevitable choice to integrate community education with community governance.Starting from the definition of community education and community governance,this paper points out that the integration of community education into community governance is conducive to providing spiritual guidance for residents,promoting the transformation of government functions,and improving the level of community governance.Community education plays an important role in raising the overall literacy level of residents,heightening their sense of identity and belonging,fostering the development of community organization and enhancing the function of community management.This paper finally puts forward six recommendations on how community education might be integrated into community governance,including promoting multi-party collaborative governance through community education,giving full play to the role of community schools,promoting community governance with the educational function of community education,strengthening the construction of talent team,assisting community governance with community education network platform,and creating a strong atmosphere of community education.
