西部地区中小学在线教学的实然困境及超越路径——基于西部12省市的大数据分析 被引量:20

摘要 为探析西部地区中小学在线教学困境,该研究对西部地区12省市的30562位教师和308787位学生进行调查。结果发现西部地区在线教学面临教学时空分离与学生自主学习能力不足致使情感交互断裂;学习时长硬性规束与西部网络运行保障能力羸弱之间相互抵牾;教师课堂管理的均质性要求和网络教学实施能力的异质性表现存有落差;多元性优质线上资源诉求与无序性现实教学资源有限形成张力;家校协同方式错位与多方参与机制尚未形成合力的共同冲突等阻隔。研究建议补齐西部网络教育基础设施建设短板,优化弱势学校的技术保障环境;加强西部教师的线上教学信息素养,扩大师资智力资源有效流转;健全在线教学资源共享机制,开发西部地区适切性资源;提升西部学生在线学习数字化信息素养,探索信息技术与课程教学的深度融合和增强西部家长的教育主体意识,破解家校互动的技术壁垒,构建线上教学合作共同体等路径研究。 In order to explore the dilemma of online teaching in primary and secondary schools in Western China,this study investigated 30562 teachers and 308787 students from 12 provinces and cities in Western China.The results show that online teaching in Western China is faced with the separation of teaching space and time and the lack of students’autonomous learning ability,which leads to the fracture of emotional interaction;the contradiction between the rigid restriction of learning time and the weakness of network operation guarantee ability in Western China;the gap between the homogeneity requirements of teachers’classroom management and the heterogeneity of network teaching implementation ability;the multi-dimensional and high-quality online resource demands and disordered reality Limited teaching resources form tension;the dislocation of family school coordination mode and the common conflict of multi-party participation mechanism have not yet formed a joint force.The research suggests that we should make up for the weakness of the western network education infrastructure construction,optimize the technology guarantee environment of the weak schools,strengthen the online teaching information literacy of the western teachers,expand the effective flow of the teachers’intellectual resources,improve the online teaching resource sharing mechanism,develop the appropriate resources in the western region,improve the online learning digital information literacy of Western students,and explore information technology and curriculum The deep integration of teaching and the enhancement of parents’education subject consciousness in Western China,breaking down the technical barriers of home school interaction,and constructing online teaching cooperation community.
