基于可视化学习分析的研究性学习学生画像构建研究 被引量:55

摘要 研究性学习是一种培养学生实践能力和创新思维的学习模式。一方面在线学习形式普遍存在教师难以及时掌握学情导致指导困难、学生缺少指导和评价容易放弃探究等现实问题;另一方面,在线学习平台积累了大量数据,如何发挥数据的价值服务于师生,是当前亟需解决的问题。为了解决以上问题,采用可视化学习分析和用户画像技术对研究性学习学生画像构建展开了研究。参考已有文献,结合研究性学习特点,提出了基于可视化学习分析的研究性学习学生画像流程框架,包括确定画像构建目标、数据采集与预处理、定量画像和定性画像、以及画像输出等步骤,明晰了画像构建的流程。其中,构建目标旨在对能力属性、行为属性和兴趣属性进行呈现。通过基于xAPI的研究性学习行为记录库采集数据,采用定量画像方法对数据进行分析和建模,以确定画像的颗粒度;采用定性画像方法基于定量画像结果通过人工刻画实现学生信息标签化。最后,借助数据可视化技术呈现了面向学生的个人画像和面向教师的群体画像。该研究基于可视化学习分析技术,对学生画像构建流程、实施路径和方法、呈现内容和形式进行了系统论述,旨在为开展相关研究提供参考。 Research-based learning is a learning mode to cultivate students’practical ability and innovative thinking.On the one hand,there are some practical problems in the form of online learning,such as teachers’difficulty in grasping the learning situation timely,leading to guidance difficulties,and students’lack of guidance and evaluation tend to give up inquiring.On the other hand,online learning platforms have accumulated a large amount of data.How to give play to the value of data to serve teachers and students is an urgent problem to be solved.In order to solve the above problems,visual learning analytics and user portrait are used to construct the student portraits in research-based learning.By referring to the existing literature and combining the characteristics of research-based learning,a framework of student portrait process based on visual learning analysis is proposed,which includes determining the target of portrait construction,data acquisition and preprocessing,quantitative and qualitative portrait,and portrait output,etc.,which could clarify the process of portrait construction.Among them,the portrait construction target is to present the ability,behavior and interest attribute of student.Data were collected through the research-based learning behavior record store based on xAPI.The quantitative portrait method was used to analyze and model the data to determine the granularity of the portraits.Based on the result of quantitative portrait,students’information labeling is realized by using the qualitative portrait method.Finally,the individual portrait for students and the group portrait for teachers are presented with the help of data visualization.Based on visual learning analytics,this study systematically discussed the construction process,implementation path and method,presentation content and form of student portrait,aiming to provide reference for relevant research.
