面向核心素养的教学设计反思与进路 被引量:21

摘要 学生核心素养发展离不开教师的创造性工作,而教学设计则是其中最关键的部分。通过对国内外相关文献的分析,发现面向核心素养的教学设计要素呈现出一系列新特征和新趋势,具体表现为:学习者分析关注个性化特征,教学内容分析强调跨学科知识统整,教学目标设计凸显素养本位,教学活动设计围绕以学为中心,教学开发转向学习支架,教学评价重视绩效表现。核心素养从理念走向现实,必然要融入到教学系统各要素之中,只有从方法论层面明确通达学生核心素养发展的教学设计之进路,才能为核心素养的落地提供健康土壤。 The development of students’core literacy is inseparable from the creative work of teachers,and instructional design is the most crucial part.Through the analysis of relevant literature at home and abroad,we find that the key elements of instructional design in the context of core literacy present some new features and new trends.The details are as follows:(1)learner analysis focuses on individualized characteristics,(2)instructional content analysis emphasizes interdisciplinary,(3)the design of instructional goal highlights core literacy,(4)the design of instructional activity centers around learning,(5)instructional development shifts to learning scaffolding,(6)and instructional evaluation emphasizes learners’performance.From the concept to the reality,core literacy must be integrated into all elements of the teaching system.Only by clarifying the instructional design approach to the development of students'core literacy,can we provide healthy soil for the implementation of core literacy.
