摘要
随着互联网、大数据技术的不断发展,线上线下相结合的混合式培训已成为教师培训的主流模式之一,是提升教师专业水平的重要途经。混合式培训需要功能完备、高效稳定的研修平台提供技术服务支持。该研究通过对培训组织者、授课者、参训学员进行详尽的需求分析,采用MVC(Model View Controller)的设计模式,基于B/S架构(服务器/浏览器),构建了混合式培训的研修平台。应用视频识别技术,利用PyTorch深度学习框架,实现集中授课过程中学习行为记录。通过学习者画像技术,基于Hadoop分布式架构,使用K-means算法进行聚类分析,能够实现数据驱动下的学员问题诊断,达到个性化精准指导的目的,切实提升混合式培训的针对性和有效性。
With the development of the internet and the big data,blended training that combines online and offline delivery of training has gained increasing popularity among teacher training programs.Blended training has been adopted as an important tool to improve the professional level of teacher candidates.Blended training requires fully functional,efficient and stable training platforms to deliver training services and supports.In this study,a blended training platform was built using the MVC design model,based on the B/S architecture by the requirement analysis of training organizers,lecturers,and participants.The platform utilizes video recognition technology and the PyTorch deep learning framework to record learning behaviors during the training sessions.Through the learner portrait technology,with the help of the Hadoop big data analysis framework and cluster analysis based on the k-means algorithm,information and data collected from participant learning behaviors are used to provide personalized guidance,which greatly improves effectiveness and efficiency of the training program.
