心力衰竭和心房颤动相关研究领域的可视化分析

Visual analysis on studies related to heart failure and atrial fibrillation

目的分析心力衰竭(心衰)与心房颤动(房颤)相关研究领域的研究现状、热点及研究前沿。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,利用可视化分析软件CiteSpace5.5 R1对心衰和房颤相关研究进行可视化分析,探讨相关研究的文献分布、国家/机构分布、作者分布、共被引期刊、共被引文献和关键词进行分析。结果共纳入10352篇SCI文章,且随年份增加,文献发表量呈直线上升趋势;美国和德国为该研究领域的重要国家,梅约临床和医疗中心、伯明翰、杜克大学、哈佛大学及布莱根妇女医院时主要的研究机构。发文量最高的作者是Lip Gregory Y.H.。主要的研究热点为:①心衰和/或房颤合并高血压的治疗;②心衰合并房颤时节律控制与室率控制;③心衰合并房颤导管消融术的研究。研究前沿为:①房颤和心房纤维化相关研究;②缺血性卒中的防治;③心衰合并房颤中的炎症机制;④相关指南和建议的制定;⑤相关研究领域的注册研究。结论本研究运用CiteSpace软件对心衰与房颤相关研究的规律以可视化知识图谱的形式进行展示,揭示该领域的研究方向、研究热点和研究前沿。

Objective To analyze the research status,hotpots and fronts in the research field related to heart failure(HF)and atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods The relative studies on HF and AF were given a visual analysis by using Citespace5.5 R1 software taken core collection database of Web of Science as data source.The distributions of relative literature,country/institution,authors,co-cited journal,co-cited documents and keywords were investigated.Results There were totally 10352 SCI articles included.As the years went on,the number of published articles showed an ascending trend.The United States and Germany were the main countries in this research field.Mayo Clinical and Medical Center,Birmingham University,Duke University,Harvard University and Brigham&Women’s Hospital were major research units.The author who published the most articles was Lip Gregory Y.H.The main research hotpots including①treatment of HF and/or AF complicated by hypertension;②rhythm control and ventricular rate control of HF complicated by AF;③studies on catheter ablation for HF complicated by AF.The research fronts included①studies related to AF and atrial fibrosis;②prevention and treatment of ischemic;③inflammatory mechanism of HF complicated by AF;④formulation of relevant guidelines and recommendations;⑤registration studies in related research fields.Conclusion The laws of researches related to HF and AF are demonstrated with visual knowledge graph by using CiteSpace software,and research direction,hotpots and fronts in this field are uncovered.
