基于CiteSpace的射血分数保留的心力衰竭研究领域相关文献分析

Literature related to research field of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction:an analysis based on CiteSpace

目的探索近10年内射血分数保留的心衰(HFpEF)研究领域现状、热点及发展趋势。方法在Web of Science Core Collection数据库中收集2009~2019年间HFpEF研究领域的相关文献,采用文献计量学方法,运用CiteSpace V可视化分析软件对该研究领域的发文趋势,涉及研究领域,国家/机构分布,作者分布情况,研究关键词进行分析。结果纳入7050篇SCI相关研究文献,近年来相关研究领域的论文发文量大体呈上升趋势,发文涉及心血管系统、内科、药理学、放射核医学等25个学科,研究热点主要涉及了疾病的发病率、超声心动图、舒张功能、诊断预测等,研究前沿为充血性心力衰竭,射血分数保留,年龄因素,患病危险因素,多普勒超声心动图,临床实验等,美国与梅奥医学中心是发文量最多的国家与机构,Barry A Borlavg是发文量最多的学者,Banlus WJ为被引量最多的学者,另外,Circulation是被引量最高的期刊。结论本研究总结分析了HFpEF研究领域的热点、前沿问题,有效揭示该研究领域现存重难点问题,并可以辅助研究者确立研究方向,具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the current status,hotspots and development trends in research field of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)in the past 10 years.Methods The relevant literature in HFpEF research field was collected from Web of Science Core Collection from 2009 to 2019.The publication trends,involved research field,distribution of counties/institutions and authors and research keywords were analyzed by using bibliometric method and CiteSpace V visual analysis software.Results There were totally 7050 relevant SCI documents included.In recent years,the number of papers published in related research field showed a gradual ascending tendency involved 25 disciplines such as cardiovascular system,internal medicine,pharmacology and radiological nuclear medicine.The research hotpots involved mainly incidence,echocardiogram,diastolic function and diagnostic prediction,etc.The research fronts included congestive heart failure,ejection fraction retention,age factors,risk factors of diseases,Doppler echocardiogram and clinical experiments,etc.The United States and Mayo Medical Center were country and institution with the most quantity of published papers.The author with the most published papers was Barry A Borlavg,the author with the highest cited quantity was Banlus WJ,and the journal with the highest cited quantity was Circulation.Conclusion The hotpots and fronts in HFpEF research field are summed up and analyzed,the existing problems in this field are effectively revealed,and researchers are assisted to establish research direction.
