急性心肌梗死患者血清Adropin蛋白与GRACE危险评分的相关性分析

Correlation between serum Adropin protein and GRACE risk scores in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的检测急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血清Adropin蛋白的表达水平,并分析其水平与GRACE危险评分的相关性。方法选取2017年3月至2018年3月于辽宁省朝阳市第二医院收治的AMI患者94例为AMI组,根据GRACE危险评分将AMI患者分为高危组28例、中危组36例、低危组30例;同时选取同期体检健康者96例为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清中Adropin蛋白水平。结果AMI组血清Adropin蛋白水平明显低于对照组,GRACE危险评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高危组患者血清Adropin蛋白水平明显低于中危组与低危组,GRACE危险评分明显高于中危组与低危组;中危组患者血清Adropin蛋白水平明显低于低危组,GRACE危险评分明显高于低危组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Pearson法分析,AMI患者血清Adropin蛋白水平与GRACE危险评分呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier生存分析显示,Adropin蛋白高表达与低表达AMI患者3个月存活率分别为96.08%、83.72%。结论Adropin蛋白在AMI患者血清中呈低水平表达,与GRACE危险评分密切相关,对评估AMI患者危险分层及预后有一定价值。

Objective To detect the expression level of serum Adropin protein and analyze the correlation between Adropin protein level and risk scores of global registry of acute coronary events(GRACE)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods AMI patients(n=94,AMI group)were chosen from the Second Hospital of Chaoyang City in Liaoning Province from Mar.2017 to Mar.2018,and AMI group was divided further,according to GRACE risk scores,into high-risk group(n=28),medium-risk group(n=36)and low-risk group(n=30).At the same time 96 healthy controls were chosen into control group.The level of serum Adropin protein was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The level of serum Adropin protein was significantly lower,and GRACE risk scores were significantly higher in AMI group than those in control group(P<0.05).The level of serum Adropin protein was significantly lower,and GRACE risk scores were significantly higher in high-risk group than those in medium-risk group and low-risk group,and level of serum Adropin protein was significantly lower,and GRACE risk scores were significantly higher in medium-risk group than those in lowrisk group(P<0.05).The results of Pearson analysis showed that the level of serum Adropin protein was negatively correlated to GRACE risk scores in AMI patients(P<0.05).The results of Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that 3-month survival rate was 96.08%in AMI patients with higher expression of Adropin protein and 83.72%in AMI patients with lower expression of Adropin protein.Conclusion The expression level of serum Adropin protein is lower in AMI patients and is closely correlated to GRACE risk scores,which is valued to reviewing of risk stratification and prognosis in AMI patients.
