摘要
针对云岗矿面临煤炭资源减少、矿井接续较为困难的问题,提出了在81043工作面采用预裂缝切顶留巷技术,对切顶成巷原理、预裂缝工艺参数设置、爆破药结构设置及支护方案进行了研究。研究结果表明预裂缝切顶留巷技术能够提升煤炭资源回收率和解决采掘接续紧张问题,对综采工作面通风管理也有一定好处。
In view of the problem that the coal resources are reduced and the mine succession is difficult in Yungang Mine,the paper puts forward the technology of cutting top and retaining roadway with pre-crack in the 81043 working face.The principle of cutting top into roadway,setting of pre-splitting process parameters,setting of explosive structure and supporting scheme are studied.The results show that the technology of cutting top and retaining roadway with pre-crack can improve the recovery rate of coal resources and solve the problem of mining succession tension,which is also beneficial to the ventilation management of fully mechanized mining face.
