深孔松动爆破工艺在综掘过无炭柱的应用实践 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决掘进工作面遇地质构造时掘进速度慢、掘进成本高的难题,以官地矿16509掘进工作面为研究对象,提出了深孔爆破技术参数。结果表明深孔预裂能使得无炭柱内部发生较大的裂变,引爆炸药后会使岩石硬度明显减弱,从而可采用机掘工艺,每日掘进量由3 m提高至6 m,有效提高掘进工效。 In order to solve the problem of slow driving speed and high driving cost when the driving face meets the geological structure,this paper takes the 16509 driving face of Guandi Mine as the research object,puts forward the technical parameters of deep hole blasting.The results show that the deep hole presplitting can cause the huge fission in the non carbon pillar,the rock hardness will be obviously weakened after the explosive is detonated,so the machine can be used.The daily excavation volume is increased from 3 m to 6 m,effectively improving the excavation efficiency.
