摘要
3105综采工作面回采期间揭露F3断层时,在工作面回风顺槽450~490 m段出现底鼓现象,导致回风顺槽断面缩小、围岩变形严重。分析了工作面超前应力区底鼓现象机理,提出了"起底、浇筑+L型工字钢棚+注浆锚索"联合底鼓控制措施,巷道底鼓量降低为0.24 m,两帮移近量降低为0.27 m,取得了显著成效。
When F3 faults are exposed during mining in the 3105 fully mechanized face,floor heave occurred in 450~490 m section of return air gateway,which led to the reduction of the section of the return air along the trough and the serious deformation of the surrounding rock.This paper analyzes the mechanism of floor heave in advance stress area of working face,and puts forward the combined control measures of floor heave of"bottom lifting,pouring+L-shaped steel shed+grouting anchor cable".The floor heave of roadway is reduced to 0.24 m,and the displacement of two sides is reduced to 0.27 m,which has achieved remarkable results.
