摘要
针对顺槽巷道顶板支护进行改革,推广全锚索支护顶板。通过在巷道掘进施工设备配套、循环作业模式、劳动组织、市场化运作、劳动管理等方面的创新优化,促进安全高掘快掘队的创建,顺利实现了顺槽巷道的快速施工,月最高进尺680 m。
In view of the roadway roof support reform,promote the full anchor cable support roof.Through the innovation and optimization of roadway construction equipment,circulation operation mode,labor organization,market operation,labor management and other aspects,the establishment of safe high excavation and fast excavation team was promoted,and the rapid construction of gateway roadway was successfully realized,with the maximum monthly footage of 680 m.
