摘要
针对金达煤业传统井下支护方式的支护工序多、效率低、经济性差的缺陷,提出了一种新的二次切眼支护技术方案,对U型钢梁架的受力情况和二次切眼支护技术方案进行了分析。结果表明,二次切眼支护技术能够显著提升金达煤业井下的支护效率和支护安全性,提升煤矿井下的综采作业效率。
In view of the defects of many supporting procedures,low efficiency and poor economy of traditional underground support methods in Jinda Coal Industry,a new technical scheme of secondary hole cutting support is put forward.The stress condition of U steel beam frame and the technical scheme of secondary hole cutting support are analyzed.The results show that the secondary piercing support technology can significantly improve the support efficiency and safety of Jinda Coal Industry,and improve the efficiency of fully mechanized mining in coal mine.
