摘要
针对小屯煤矿沿空巷道小煤柱透水失稳,围岩遇水软化、巷道严重变形等问题,采用数值模拟和现场观测对沿空巷道的受力及变形进行分析,开发了锚注式组合锚杆并提出了"顶板加强护表,两帮加大锚注"的锚杆锚索全锚支护方案。经过现场应用对比,该支护体系下煤柱变形降低了75%,底鼓量平均降低70%,巷道能够保持稳定。
Aiming at the problems of small coal pillar seepage instability,surrounding rock softening and roadway serious deformation along gob side roadway in Xiaotun Coal Mine,the stress and deformation of gob side roadway were analyzed by numerical simulation and field observation.The bolt grouting composite bolt was developed,and the bolt cable full anchor support scheme of"strengthening roof protection table and increasing bolt grouting on two sides"was put forward.Through field application comparison,the deformation of coal pillar is reduced by 75%and floor heave is reduced by 70%on average under the support system,and the roadway can keep stable.
