摘要
针对单家村煤矿通风路线长、井巷风阻高、通风压力损失大、矿井需风量增大等问题,通过Ventsim三维辅助通风模拟软件建立了井下通风仿真模型,并对整体通风系统进行了网络解算和动态模拟,提出了三种优化降阻方案,从降阻效果方面进行对比分析,有效解决了单家村煤矿通风系统所存在的问题。
Aiming at the problems of long ventilation route,high wind resistance,large loss of ventilation pressure and increase of mine air demand in Shanjiacun Coal Mine,a mine ventilation simulation model was established by using Ventsim 3D auxiliary ventilation simulation software,and the network calculation and dynamic simulation of the overall ventilation system were carried out,and three optimized drag reduction schemes were proposed.Through comparative analysis on the effect of reducing resistance,the existing problems of ventilation system in Shanjiacun Coal Mine are effectively solved.
