摘要 针对庚20煤层含硫高、自然发火周期短、煤尘有爆炸危险性、过断层时易发生采空区自燃的问题,除采用正常回采时的采空区堵漏风、工作面喷洒阻化剂、注氮等自燃预防措施外,在遇到断层前提前对氧化带内庚19煤中部注阻化液、庚20短孔预注阻化液、工作面阻化液雾化抑制采空区浮煤等防火措施,浮煤进入氧化带后氧化速度降低。 In view of the problems of high sulfur content,short spontaneous combustion period,explosion risk of coal dust and spontaneous combustion of goaf when passing through fault,in addition to the prevention measures of spontaneous combustion,such as blocking air leakage in goaf,spraying inhibitor and nitrogen injection in working face during normal mining,the middle part of Geng 19 coal seam in oxidation zone,pre injection of blocking liquid in short hole of Geng 20 coal seam,and blocking of working face were adopted before encountering fault fire prevention measures such as suppression of floating coal in goaf by liquid atomization can reduce the oxidation rate of floating coal after entering the oxidation zone.
