摘要
针对云冈矿井下工作面的SZZ-764/132A型刮板转载机在实践应用时故障多发,严重影响井下煤炭输送的情况,对该型号刮板转载机从结构设计和维修技术两大方面进行了优化改造。改造后,设备故障率大大降低,转载机的使用寿命得到延长,为企业创造了较好的经济安全效益。
In view of the fact that SZZ-764/132 A scraper loader in Yungang Mine undergoes many faults in practical application,which seriously affects underground coal transportation,this paper optimizes and improves the structure design and maintenance technology of the scraper loader.After the transformation,the failure rate of the equipment is greatly reduced,the service life of the transfer machine is extended,and good economic and safety benefits are created for the enterprise.
