摘要
对万家庄煤业公司DSJ100/45-100/2×160型带式输送机皮带压死拉断故障进行了分析,针对性设计了皮带防压死拉断保护装置。该装置在电气保护控制回路中增加了自动报警和延时跳闸控制功能。
The failure of belt crushing and breaking of DSJ100/45-100/2×160 belt conveyor in Wanjiazhuang Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.is analyzed,and the belt anti crushing and breaking protection device is designed.The automatic alarm and delay trip control functions are added in the electrical protection control circuit.
