摘要
田庄煤矿主采15煤,顶板管理比较困难,底板多为黏土岩,煤层平均厚度0.78 m,没有适用于该采高的矮机身自动采煤机。为此,田庄煤矿自主研发设计了全自动智能化刨煤机,极大程度降低工人劳动强度,能解决15煤顶板不稳定支护困难等问题,杜绝放炮落煤、人工攉煤、回柱放顶等不安全因素,最终实现安全生产智能化。
Tianzhuang Coal Mine is mainly mining 15 coal seams,the roof management is difficult,the floor is mostly clay rock,the average thickness of coal seam is 0.78 m,there is no low fuselage automatic shearer suitable for this mining height.Therefore,Tianzhuang Coal Mine independently developed and designed the fully automatic intelligent coal plough,which greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers,solved the problems of unstable roof support of No.15 coal seam,put an end to the unsafe factors such as blasting coal falling,artificial acid coal,pillar caving and other unsafe factors,and finally realized the intelligent safe production.
