摘要
植物多酚是植物体内重要的次生代谢产物,结构复杂、种类多且具有多种功效,应用广泛。通过综述植物多酚的种类、作用机理、提取、医药特性等,为今后研究多酚提供参考。
Plant polyphenols are important secondary metabolites in plants,which have complex structure,many kinds and various functions,and are widely used.In this paper,the types,mechanism,extraction methods and medical characteristics of plant polyphenols were studied mainly,which provided some references and ideas for the future research,development and utilization of polyphenols in the future.
