摘要
在总结了凉山州马铃薯加工现状的基础上,结合马铃薯淀粉及其营养特性,提出了马铃薯啤酒加工的前景及意义,表明在凉山州发展马铃薯啤酒能够完善马铃薯产业链、大大提高附加值,改善当地供应不足的现状,助力凉山脱贫奔康,为凉山经济发展注入新动力。
On the basis of summarizing the current situation of potato processing in Liangshan Prefecture and combining potato starch and its nutritional properties,the prospect and significance of potato beer processing were put forward.It was believed that the development of potato beer in Liangshan Prefecture can improve the potato industry chain;greatly increase the added value,improve the current situation of insufficient local supply,help Liangshan get rid of poverty,and inject new impetus into Liangshan's economic development.
