课程思政背景下食品专业课教师的角色转型及重塑

课程思政背景下的专业课教师应顺应高等教育发展趋势,成功进行角色转型、角色重塑和正确的角色定位。角色转型不仅可以强化教师的“育人身份”和“育人能力”,深化教师的“参与度”,体现三全育人的“全员性”,而且强化了食品专业的特殊行业属性,丰富了课程思政中“职业素养”培养目标的内涵。课程思政背景下的专业课教师角色重塑后应具备以下基本素质:较高的政治敏感度、较强的政治导向力、较高的思政元素洞察力和融合力、较强的育德时机把控力及较强的育德技巧性。
