摘要
风电齿轮箱中行星轮和轴承整合设计后,行星轮内孔作为滚动轴承外圈直接使用。针对该类行星轮内孔的磨削精度、质量和效益等问题,对行星轮内孔磨削方法进行了分析和试验,实际检测结果和分析相符,可供同行业加工参考。
Because of the integrated design of planetary wheels and bearings in wind power gearboxes,the inner hole of the planetary wheel is directly used as the outer ring of the rolling bearing.To ensure the grinding accuracy,quality and benefit of the inner hole of the planetary wheel,this paper analyzes and tests the grinding method of the inner hole of the planetary wheel.The actual test results are consistent with the analysis,which can be used as a reference for processing in the same industry.
