摘要
针对高钢级管道焊缝质量的缺陷,应用SYSWELD软件对X80管线钢焊接接头的温度场进行数值模拟和分析,采用三维双椭球热源、多层多道焊三维有限元模型。通过计算获得温度场的分布情况及特殊点的焊接热循环曲线。结果表明,焊接完成后冷却90 s左右温度可降低到100℃,符合现场焊接生产的要求。通过对接头焊接温度场的数值模拟,为后续对接头应力应变的计算提供依据,为保证焊接质量提供技术参考。
In view of weld defects of high grade steel pipeline,this paper uses SYSWELD software to simulate and analyze the temperature field of the of X80 pipeline steel welded joint.The three dimensional finite element model of three dimensional double ellipsoid heat source and multi-layer multi-pass welding is applied.The distribution of temperature field and welding heat cycle curve of special points are obtained by calculation.The results show that the temperature can be reduced to 100℃after cooling within 90 s,which can meet the requirements of field welding production.The numerical simulation of temperature field of the joint provides a basis for the research group to calculate the stress and strain of the joint,and provides technical reference for ensuring welding quality.
