新型冠状病毒感染患者核酸复阳病因分析及相应舌苔变化

Analysis on the Cause of Re-positive of SARS-CoV-2 Nucleic Acid in Patients and Corresponding Changes in Tongue Coating

目的:探讨新型冠状病毒感染患者核酸复阳病因及核酸复阳相应的舌苔变化。方法:探讨核酸检测复阳的原因及中医病因病机,结合本省新型冠状病毒核酸检测复阳患者的中医会诊记录,分析病毒核酸复检阳性与舌苔表现之间的联系。结果:复阳患者多无明显临床症状,但相较其他核酸检测转阴患者,复阳患者的舌苔多见厚腻,伴大便粘腻不爽等症。结论:核酸复阳主要与新冠病毒病位较深、排毒周期长、机体免疫功能低下等因素相关,中医病机以暑湿外邪合体内湿毒为患所致,舌诊见厚腻苔能较为客观的反映新冠患者核酸复阳与湿邪内蕴之间的联系,为复阳患者的辨证论治提供依据。

Objective:To explore the cause of nucleic acid rejuvenation in patients with new coronavirus and the corresponding tongue coating changes.Methods:To explore the causes of the nucleic acid test for re-positive of SARS-CoV-2 and the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM,combined with the TCM consultation records of 20 patients with the new coronavirus nucleic acid test for re-positive of SARS-CoV-2,to analyze the relationship between the positive retest of viral nucleic acid and the appearance of tongue coating.Results:Most patients with re-positive of SARS-CoV-2 had no obvious clinical symptoms,but compared with other patients whose nucleic acid test turned negative,patients with re-positive of SARS-CoV-2 had thick and greasy tongue coating,accompanied by greasy stools.Conclusion:Nucleic acid is mainly related to factors such as the deep disease position of the new coronavirus,long detoxification cycle,and low immune function of the body.The pathogenesis of TCM is caused by external pathogens of heat and humidity in the body.The thick greasy coating on the tongue can be more objectively reflected.The connection between the nucleic acid rejuvenation of the new crown patients and the internal content of damp evil provides a basis for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of the re-positive patients.
