自拟胰肾康丸内服联合苏红护足方足浴在老年糖尿病足防治中的应用疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Self-made Yishenkang Pill Combined with Suhong Foot Care Formula Foot Bath in the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Foot for the Elderly

目的:观察胰肾康丸联合苏红护足方足浴在老年糖尿病足防治中的应用效果。方法:随机数字表法将本院2018年1月~2019年6月诊治的108例老年糖尿病足患者均分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=45),对照组予常规治疗,观察组在其基础上给予自拟胰肾康丸内服联合苏红护足方足浴治疗。治疗3个月后评价疗效及安全性,评估治疗前后中医症候积分、肢踝肱动脉指数(ABI)、患肢运动和感觉神经传导速度(MNCV、SNCV),并测定相关血清指标水平变化。结果:治疗后,观察组患者各项中医症候积分、内皮素(ET)水平均明显降低且低于对照组,腓总和腓肠神经的MNCV、SNCV、ABI、一氧化氮(NO)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平均明显升高且高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰肾康内服联合苏红护足方足浴治疗应用于老年DF患者可明显改善患者临床症状,提高运动感觉神经传导速度,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yishenkang Pill combined with Suhong Foot Care Formula foot bath in the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot for the elderly.Methods:A total of 108 patients with diabetic foot diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:a controlled group(n=45)and an observation group(n=45).The controlled group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Self-made Yishenkang Pill and Suhong Foot Care Formula foot bath.After 3 months of treatment,the curative effect and safety were evaluated.The syndrome score,ABI,MNCV and SNCV of the affected limb were evaluated before and after treatment,and the changes of related serum indexes were measured.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms and the levels of endothelin(ET)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group,and the levels of MNCV,SNCV,ABI,NO and VEGF in the total sural nerve were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishenkang Pill combined with Suhong Huzu Formula foot bath can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,motor sensory nerve conduction velocity and therapeutic effect of the elderly DF patients.
