经筋针刺联合功能性电刺激治疗对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢功能的影响

Effect of Meridian Acupuncture Combined with Functional Electrical Stimulation on Lower Limb Function for Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke

目的:观察经筋针刺联合功能性电刺激治疗对脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢功能的影响。方法:选取2016年2月至2019年2月收治的129例脑卒中患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法将患者分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=69)。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后1周、2周、4周FMA及MMT评分。比较两组患者治疗前后MBI评分、CSS评分、TUGT。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FMA及MMT评分均升高,观察组升高程度高于对照组,且FMA及MMT评分有随时间变化升高的趋势。治疗后,两组患者MBI评分升高,CSS评分、TUGT均降低,观察组患者MBI评分升高幅度及CSS评分、TUGT下降程度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:经筋针刺联合功能性电刺激治疗能够明显改善脑卒中后偏瘫患者下肢运动功能,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of meridian acupuncture combined with functional electrical stimulation on lower limb function for patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:129 stroke patients admitted from February 2016 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.Patients were divided into controlled group(n=60)and observation group(n=69)according to the treatment method.To observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment.FMA and MMT scores were observed before treatment,and after treatment 1,2 and 4 weeks.MBI score,CSS score and TUGT were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(all P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of FMA and MMT in both groups were increased.The level of increase in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group,and the scores of FMA and MMT tended to increase with time.After treatment,MBI scores of the two groups increased,CSS scores and TUGT decreased,while MBI scores of the observation group increased,CSS scores and TUGT decreased more than those of the controlled group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Meridian acupuncture combined with functional electrical stimulation can significantly improve lower limb motor function and quality of life in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.
