武术课堂教学中“示范与讲解”运用方略研究

The Application of Demonstration and Explanation Method in Wushu Curriculum

武术是我国的民族传统体育项目之一,各级各类学校纷纷把武术列为教学内容之一。由于武术流派甚多且风格各异,在武术的课堂教学中,学生常常会遇到"三多"问题,动作数量多、动作方向路线变化多、每一动作包含的因素多,这些都在一定程度上影响了教学效果和任务。正确的示范、精炼的讲解和合理的教法相结合,才能顺利地完成教学任务,取得良好的教学效果。

As one of the traditional national sports,wushu(martial arts)is listed as the teaching contents in all kinds of universities and schools in China.Due to the fact that wushu has many schools and features,in wushu course,students always encounter three problems,namely:overwhelming movements,overwhelming in the directions of movement,overwhelming elements in one single movement,which to some extend have negative influence on the teaching effect and target.The combination of correct and essential demonstration and reasonable teaching method will be helpful in terms of reaching teaching target and getting good teaching effect.
